Who We Are

We are leaders. We inspire others to be better leaders. We don’t use workbooks, tool-kits, team building exercises. We won’t make you row down the Danube or climb the Alps, unless you want to and then only as a recreational activity. What we will do is offer you authentic regional cuisine, a glass of fine wine and our depth of knowledge on how to become a leader. We will engage in conversation about the specifics of your situation and help you find a leadership model that works well for you as an individual.

There is no one size fits all approach to leadership. Each of us have our own unique skills and abilities we bring to the table. We have different educational, economic and cultural backgrounds that drive our decisions and ideas. We have different ideological ideas and thoughts which affect our decision-making processes. When we engage over food, this all is left at the door. We eat, we talk, we engage, we learn. We then walk away, richer in thought, stronger in mind, and more committed in action. The things we learn over a meal stay with us forever. We remember the place, the time and the people when we engage this way. We also remember the conversation and how it shaped us.

Our leaders have backgrounds in Organizational Leadership, International Development, International Psychology, Global Affairs, Fitness & Wellness, Business, Economics, and more. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach to leadership.

Leo Buscaglia says “When we sit at the table, there is more going on than satisfying hunger. It is sad to think of those who eat simply to satisfy their hunger and who do not permit themselves to linger under the many spells offered by a good meal – the satisfaction of our hearts, our minds and our spirits.”

Our leaders not only satisfy your hunger for food and drink, but offer insight into personal and professional leadership which allows you to walk away feeling satisfied you can tackle any situation you encounter. You also leave with new friends and companions who can offer support and insight to help you along the way, because sometimes being the best leader is knowing when to let others take the lead.
